Where do I start?
At the ground level you start with the permit process. We are
very involved in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB),
so we are up-to-date on home building requirements within local
counties. Once the permit process is taken care of you or
your architect, or both will meet with
Wayne to go over your ideas and elevations to make sure it
is a doable project.

Do you design homes?
Although we do not provide design services we have the knowledge and
experience to interpret your design concept. We will work with your
designer or work with you to find someone to help you build your
dream. Communication has always been a key factor on our end; it
helps the project flow. We communicate and work with designers
from our local region and as far away as Washington state.
